RHCC successfully marketed and sold at auction earlier this year, five sites at Campbell on behalf of the LDA. The sale of the sites totaled in excess of $63m selling way above their reserve prices.

The five sites ranged in size from 2,095m2 to 7,020m2, and were for mixed use, residential and commercial development, with three sites being suitable for a hotel and serviced apartments.

82 Northbourne Ave, Braddon | SOLD $44m & LEASED

This property comprises of 7 levels, and 3 basement car-parking levels.

82 Northbourne Avenue was sold in 2016 for $57m to a National Super fund, and sold in 2009 for $44m to a local investment company.

Melbourne Building, Canberra City | SOLD $18.75m

The historic Melbourne Building was built in 1929, and is one of Canberra’s first commercial buildings.

Raine & Horne Commercial Canberra sold this building to a large investment corporation for $18.75m.

6 National Circuit, Barton | SOLD $19.5m

‘A’ grade six-storey free standing office building of 6,256m2 NLA was sold by RHCC for $19.25 million.

Located in a prestigious Barton address with commanding views of Parliament House, the new building was sold to a Canberra based development and construction group.

4 Mort Street, City | SOLD $14.75m

4 Mort Street was sold to a private investor.

The result came out of an extensive 12 month campaign focusing on local and national investors, coupled with RHCC securing a lease to Commonwealth of Australia.
