Frank is the Principal of Raine & Horne Commercial Canberra. His extensive experience and knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Canberra has ensured the delivery of solutions to numerous private, corporate and government bodies in relation to office buildings, industrial, retail, shopping centers and major development sites. Frank focuses on understanding property user’s needs at all levels and develops and implements solutions that ensure a holistic outcome. He has an excellent understanding of the Canberra commercial real estate market honed from over 20 years experience. Frank’s approach to his clients is one of a partnership based on delivering a level of commitment to customer service that ensures success.

Frank worked as Leasing Manager at JLL before moving to Raine & Horne Commercial Canberra. Frank has extensive sales and leasing experience in residential and commercial. He has solid organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. Entrepreneurial and results orientated, Frank has a strong capacity for creative problem solving and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and influence decision making.

Michael Burke is an up and coming agent whose dedication and focus has seen him achieve successful outcomes for multiple properties. He has gained valued experience working in the retail and office property markets of Belconnen, Phillip, Deakin and Canberra City. His latest achievement was the lease of a local restaurant site, which he professionally negotiated and leased for 5 years with 5 year option, and a rent of $64,885 + GST per annum. Michael is a Canberra local, having lived in the ACT his entire life. He completed his studies at St Edmunds College before attending The Australian National University. His commitment and level of service is unparalleled, with ambition and drive to achieve the best possible outcome.

Michael commenced his Real Estate career, in 2000, starting as a residential sales cadet. He progressed to a sales agent in his own right, which is a role he worked in, until 2005. He diversified his skills and transitioned into Commercial Real Estate, working in the Industrial sector of Canberra and Queanbeyan, which is a role he worked in for 2 years. He then progressed into a Retail Sales & Leasing role that saw him cross into the Office Market. In 2010, Michael took up a role as Operation Manager within a family business that has operated in the region since 1959.  Michael diversified his skills in Business Management, Tenders, Contract Management and Civil Works. He gained a vast amount of knowledge in business and this gave him the skills to apply to everyday situations. Michael returned to Commercial Property in 2018, with his focus back on the Retail and Office sectors, in both a Sales and Leasing role. Michael has an extensive knowledge of the Canberra market, with his clients varying from government bodies, local and national developers, down to the local investor. Michael holds a Diploma in Project Management, has undertaken an Advanced Diploma of Property, and is a Registered Sales Agent.

Melinda is Raine & Horne Commercial Canberra's Marketing & Communications Coordinator, providing extensive marketing knowledge and advice to the Sales & Leasing department.

Melinda is somewhat of a design all-rounder, with experience in graphic design, graphic pre-press, marketing, copy writing, photography, print purchasing, administration and sales. Her extensive career has provided varied experiences, from being involved with print and press campaigns for household names such as Woolworths, Commonwealth Bank and Toys R Us, to being part of an award winning marketing team for regional real estate agency. She is delighted to now be a part of the Raine and Horne Commercial team.

Melinda offers a unique blend of experience, impeccable technical knowledge and attention to detail to ensure quality results every time.

Steve Wiebe is a highly regarded Senior Strata Manager, with over 11 years’ experience within the Strata Industry. Steve has a wealth of knowledge of Strata, across the ACT, NSW and Victoria. Steve has spent considerable time managing complexes throughout these states, having worked in Melbourne for a number of years, managing properties across NSW and Victoria. Steve has spent 8 years working as a Team Leader and Senior Strata Manager within the ACT. During his time, Steve has served as the Treasurer for the Strata Communities Australia (ACT) Branch, and is also a nationally recognised and accredited A100 ‘Introduction to Strata’ course for the SCA. Steve has a strong focus on developing a good rapport and strong relationships with clients, in order to ensure their needs are being met. Steve also believes in ensuring all Managers are trained to ensure a fantastic customer experience, and are providing the correct advice to their clients.
